Morocco Itinerary of 10 Days Tour of Marrakech

 

1st day : Arrival to Marrakech.

For the first day of the 10 day tour of Morocco, a client is picked from the airport in Marrakech. 5th day : Ouarzazate to Skoura (Kasbah Amridil) – Rose valley – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud -Merzouga Sahara – overnight in a luxury camp

In the morning following the breakfast, we tour the Atlas Studio films which are sections of the shooting of the movies. They also include the Taourirt Kasbah situated in Ourzazate. Interact with the Nomads so that to get an overview of their livelihood skills and lifestyle in a rugged but stunning region. After that, proceed to Khamlia, the neighboring village which is famous for the Gnawa music. Go to see a concert or join a local band and dance to brisk rhythms that would remind of the area’s history. Then, go to Merzouga Lake that is a beautiful village with a tranquil lake surrounded by the desert; good for photographs or just relaxing.

 Later in the day, discover one of the most famous sights in Merzouga desert, that is called Erg Chebbi with its long crested dunes of pinkish – gold color. 7th day: Merzouga Dunes to Erfoud – Midelt – cedars forest – Ifrane – Fes

Begin your day early, departing from the mesmerizing Merzouga Dunes and heading towards Erfoud. As you travel, you’ll witness the transition from the vast desert landscapes to the diverse terrains of Morocco. In Erfoud, take a brief stop to explore this town known for its fossil-rich history and vibrant souks. Continue your 10 day Morocco tour from Marrakech towards Midelt, nestled in the heart of the Atlas Mountains. 8th day : Guided Tour Sightseeing Fes

The 8th day is set aside to go for a tour of Fes, which is one of the oldest and culturally rich cities in Morocco. Begin your day discovering Fes El-Bali medina which is easily one of the largest and most impressive medieval cities of North Africa with stunning architecture. Your guide will take you through the colourful markets which gives the live and sort feeling with the local markets of crafts, spices and fabrics.

Then, go to the Bou Inania Madrasa which is the most beautiful example of Moroccan art and is also famous for its tiles and the beautiful courtyard. Also, visit Al-Qarawiyyin University that is believed to be in existence since 859 A. D and now recognized as the oldest university in the world in continuous operation and its perfect library.
